I finally decided and just ordered X-H2S, instead of X-T5. I have Canon R5 and with my right hand and my eyes on the viewfinder, I use front, rear and rotating dials to adjust shutter, aperture, and ISO. Switching to X-H2S will be easier with same customized buttons.

Why did they do that??..the xh1 was AWSOME. And the body was the best ....it looks like all they did was let rid of 1 dile and move the top lcd from one side to another😮😮😮

Mechanical switches and dials take up more space than buttons internally, so its necessary to use buttons to make space for more powerful and latest things to fit inside.

I have the XH-2s and the XT-4, love both cameras and actually appreciate the costom mode dial over the regular Shutterspeed & ISO dial now.

The X-H2S is a beast, and the XT-5 doesn't come close if you're a filmmaker. The thing can shoot ProRes internally... That alone is a HUGE win.

I’m currently a canon shooter looking for a stacked sensor replacement for the R7 the rolling shutter on that sucks if only Fuji had kept the 3 dials and allow auto iso I’d be there with the Fuji 150-600 no problem but instead now I look like heading over to Olympus for the om-1 and the 300 f4 till I can eventually get the 150-400 f4.5 pro

After getting one and spending time with it, the reason not to recommend is ridiculous. I find the dials and buttons to actually function much better. Guess you just want that retro look. It’s a beast of a camera and this is petty af

It’s why I bought a XT5…..is a better camera I’m sorry it is. It is a better experience sure it has slightly lower video specs but seriously, we cannot tell the difference between 4K and six day when we’re sitting and watching these YouTube clips on a phone we cannot tell the difference and we actually don’t care any more. I think everyone has got too obsessed with video quality and no one is going to make a Hollywood film out of a Fujifilm camera

Actually it’s NOT cumbersome it’s faster adjusting your settings than the xt4. This is by fast the best hybrid camera in this price range. Better than even the a7iv which I owned then sold!
