1. There is a massive demand for Ruby development across the freelance online marketplaces In short, this videos is: tutorial ruby development 2. If you already have Ruby developer skills, then you are in a privileged position. If you don't have skills in Ruby, then you have to learn how to code before you hire others (basics). 3. Go on platforms such as Upwork, where people are specifically looking for Ruby developers. 4. The average hourly rate ranges and typically falls between 32$ and 40$ (accordingly to salary.com) and $59 per hour accordingly to (UpWork.com). The hourly rate can vary widely depending on many important factors, including your education, certifications, additional skills, and the number of years you have spent in your profession. 5.
